Hello All,
Do different types/models of inflatable implants (2-piece vs. 3-piece; Titan vs. LGX etc.) require the same, fewer or more pumps to get a full erection? Does cylinder length affect the number of pumps and quality of the erection?
If/when my current 3-piece implant fails, I might consider going to a 2-piece model depending upon its pros and cons. For example, I consider not having the 3-piece reservoir and tubing in my abs a definite plus. On the flip side the 2-piece may not acheive the same quality erection, might be tougher to conceal and not as comfortable.
Regards,
Gene

The only 2 piece that I'm aware of is the AMS Ambicor, which is what I have. Here is the thread that I started to discuss it: http://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=717&hilit=ambicor#p4544
One of the posts discusses pumping. From my experience, the Ambicor pumps up in a maximum of 5 pumps.
