I found your comments about my religion and my wife's offensive, and I assume that is not what you intended. Religious beliefs are usually private and I used her beliefs to explain her behavior. Her beliefs are consistent with the highest standards set by the Church and are remarkable, but not damnable or open to criticism. I hope you understand. I just came back from my new urologist and she said I did not understand my implant at all. I have a 15 cm implant with 4 rear tip extenders. I told her that I understood that 8 cm were in my penis (3 inches) and the rest was in my body. She said "No, you have 15 cm in your penis, almost 6 inches, and the 4 rear tip extenders are the part inside your body". So I said "then I can try to inflate my penis to 5 or 6 inches instead of the 3 inches I have now?" She said "After 4 months, you are probably stuck with 3 inches. You have healed over, and probably can't stretch it any more".

Does any of this make sense? I asked about the fact that I can't have an orgasm and she said "that probably won't change".

You have an AMS. My stretching routine has helped AMS guys recover length. If you haven't tried my routine. Please give it a try. If you have 15 cm of implant outside it should stretch. It can't hurt to try it. I will bring it to the front page. Let me know if it helps.

Can you give me better information about how to find your "stretching routine"? I don't know what "front page" means. A link or something would be good. I have the AMS corporation calling me at noon today because I have no idea what a 15 cm implant means since I've gotten 3 explanations and all are different regarding how much of the 15 cm is in the penis. So I left a message on the corporate web site and they said they would call to help me understand at noon today (10 minutes from now). I'll let you know what they say.

I just got off the phone with AMS. He said they implanted the LGX which stretches. He said I should have about 12 cm in my penis, and could get from 2 to 4 cm with the fact that the LGX stretches. He said he can't say what my anatomy allows, but I certainly should be able to get 4 inches instead of 3 and 5 inches is also possible. So he said to try as hard as I can to get at least a couple more pumps by next week, and he will call again. He even said to try hitting the deflate button for 1 or 2 second and go back to pumping to see if we can get a little more fluid in. It sounds like a stretching regimen is very appropriate if I knew what to do.

MIchaelM - I feel ur disappointment. I'm stuck at 4 inches. Before I had the implant I could vacuum up to 6 inches. I also had a large hematoma that prevented me from pumping as soon as I should. The pump was sooo hard that I couldn't inflate it. I went to Dr Kramer and he pressed very hard and got it to inflate somewhat. I told him to measure it and he said I could do it at home. I now wonder why he wasn't willing to measure it. He told me he could inflate it but he would have to put me under. He told to me to continue pumping and in a few months I would see a difference. Before surgery he was happy with how much my penis stretched. He put a total of 22cm . in. Well several months have passed. I can pump easier, but there is still no increase in length- still 4 inches. I contacted him again and he said - and I quote from his text -- " My practice is not the management and treatment of patients who are concerned with penis size. I don't discuss it, manage it , or treat it." I have asked him what he things is the reason it won't stretch and have asked him if he knew of anything else I could do since I was 6 inches before the implant surgery.. So I guess I have what I have. very disappointed.
