So after 6 months my implant is still not working correctly. My length is shorter and the head of the penis remains soft. I can barely have sex and my girlfriend gets nothing out of it. Do I need to wait this out or should I look into getting a replacement?
Re: 6 months in
Can you say what device you have? Who did your surgery?
Revision 2/13/24 Dr Tariq Hakky, Atlanta (Great Doctor) Titan 24XL no Rte’s. I’m 62 married. I have had numerous revisions due to product and body failures. Always had a Titan ipp.

No you do not need to wait it out, find a competent Dr. and get a 2nd opinion. Ask here for a recommendation for a Dr. that someone has actually used with good results.
I had similar issues and my 1st Dr. would not acknowledge that something was wrong for almost a year. I ended up talking to Dr. Kramer and in 5 weeks had the "too short" implant replaced with a longer and better tip placement. Find another Dr. and ask questions.

Thanks. My doctor who performed the surgery was supposed to be one of the best but like your situation refuses to acknowledge a problem and has even been combative. I saw a urologist who told me there is something wrong. He could only get it to pump 3/4 of where I can so I know it isn't just me. I think I am going to try meeting with Eid. Wish I hadn't spent so much money to have it done wrong the first time.

I have ams700lgx 18cm with 1.5cm rte. I was implanted less than 4 mos ago and have been cycling for 3 mos. I am a solid 6". The head is somewhat soft but firms up and gets thicker with some arousal. I think you should talk to a surgeon. If your not happy with the doc that did your implant, get a second opinion. You shoud be having satisfying sex after 6 mos. i have no problem with intercourse and give my wife multiple orgasms when we do. And believe me, im no porn star. I posted a pic of my erection on topic "implant pics". So far am very satisfied with my outcome.

May I suggest that you create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"
Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"
Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)
Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait". From Belleville, Ontario CANADA.
Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)
If you need further help, please ask, that's what i'm here for.

My first Titan was totally fucked up and I had a revision by Dr Perito one year later. Second was great but lasted less than 3 years. I seem to have lost a little more sensation with the third on. Even so, I LOVE being able to fuck! Good luck man
