I did get an AMS LGX and it is 18cm with 3 cm RTE. I asked him to correct a Scrotal Webbing that became more apparent as my penis got shorter so he ended up with my incision down there rather than above. I am not really experiencing any pain but we stopped by the pharmacy to fill the prescription for that and antibiotic on our way home.

Trying to pee with an erection is very interesting. It is in about a 1:00 position so I really have to contort to use the toilet. I will see the doctor again a week from today so hopefully it will because me easier.

Welcome to the brotherhood Greg. I have the same size LGX, 18 + 3. :D

What, you didn't take the disposable urinal bottle home from the hospital? It is the only way to go until you get that weapon down a little.

I wish one had been offered, but wasn't.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

This morning I am more sore and have some bruising. Overall I am feeling pretty good, though.

That's great Greg!
Now rest, stay horizontal, ice, and be proud of your yourself for deciding to take this step, and for going ahead with it. Congrats, and welcome to the team!

On the disposable urinal, I didn't take mine with me on the first go rounds, smarter second time. Any fairly deep vase will also work; the opening has to be big enough for comfort and the vase big enough to hold the water when it is at an angle. I used an old vase the first time around; plants didn't mind either later on when I didn't need it.

Geez, I thought everyone took that and the incontinence pad to protect my bed at home. :)

I had an unplanned appointment with Dr. Anglade this morning. He left me pumped up to the point I was unable to urinate in the toilet. I have been going outside or took a piss while showering. I don't think I have ever been so clean! He deflated enough that I can now sit on the toilet and push my penis down or stand and aim I into the bowl.

He said I am healing very well. I never did swell up much and have some bruising, but not nearly what I have seen in some pix of other guys. I have my first actual post-op appt. on Tuesday.
