I have had minor to moderate incontinence since my RP about 10 years ago. I have discovered a solution that has worked for me. I purchased a LG tens/ems elite unit on ebay. Here is a similar posting. http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-LG-TEC-Elit ... SwED5Zv~on
I have been using it or about a week. Yesterday I was working with a friend and doing substantial lifting and straining. I had very slight leakage. It was a miracle...
I use the LG elite twice a day for 30 minutes. I place one pad on my lower back about 1 inch directly above the crack in my ass. I place one pad between the base of my penis and my anus.
I use the EMS program and the "s" setting. I use 30 hz, 200 pulse width, 5 second ramp, 10 second on (stimulation) time and 10 second off (rest) time. When turning on the unit you start with up button to increase the ma intensity. I raise it to the point of discomfort (a sharp shocking sensation) and the push the down button until the electrical pulse is tolerable (18 -30 ma).
It only took a couple of days before I noticed a difference.
Don't know if this will work for others but it worked for me.

Thanks very much for the post. I use a tenz on my lower back and neck. My intensity is now 60, which is the max for my machine. The great news is you can use it as you have described for incontinence or aches and pains elsewhere. Thanks again.

Re: Incontinence
I found a device that has worked very well to help with incontinence. It is a penile clamp that I purchased from Amazon. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F3 ... UTF8&psc=1
The clamp does an excellent job of minimizing drips.
I don't understand why urologists don't recommend these.

Re: Incontinence
My doc gave me a load of 4mg "Toviaz" samples. Really worked like a miracle drug for me but turned out to be very expensive($360 to $400) for 30 day supply. Found out that I could order it from the same online Canadian pharmacy I use for generic Viagra and Cialis for about $90 for a 90 day supply for 8mg genuine Pfizer pills... not generic but they come from Turkey. I only need 4mg and my Urologist assured me that I could split them even though they say not to. He also gave me another load of samples. So basically I'm getting a 180 day supply for $90 and I can handle that easily. Worst side effect I get from it is some extra dry mouth in the middle of the night but it's well worth the trade off for me. No more leaking and I also went from having to pee about 12+ times a day to about 5 times a day. Maybe it can help you guys?

I used a tens unit with an adapter that goes in your anus. Hard stem for 10 seconds then off for 10. 30 min a day. Was dry in 90 days.
