My ladies are getting UTI's from me?

I had a radical prostectomy in 2011 which left me with some ED and incontinence. I use trimix and have to wear a pad a day. I am pretty good a keeping myself sanitary and change pads often just for that reason. I am single, so I go through the girl friends. Just yesterday I had a 3rd lady tell me she got a UTI just a couple of days after being with me. After the second lady told me the same thing last year, I went to my PCP and he tested me for a UTI and STD's. All test came back negative. Currently the cancer has recurred and I am taking supplements to try and delay further treatment. I wonder if the supplements I am taking could be causing this? Or what? Here is a list of my current meds. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to loose another girlfriend over this.

The last time, I did pay the big money only to get negative results and no answer.

Condoms-Neither of us like them and I can only use them if I use Trimix. A lot of times I do not inject because I can achieve about 60-70% firmness without. So although I can penetrate in that state, the condom will not stay on.

I noticed a few times after being with a new girl unprotected that I have itching irritation on my penis and the girl complains of itching too. You don't have to have STD's to exchange some bacteria that are not dangerous just strange to you. It will go away. It's like drinking from a well in a strange town that all the locals use. You may get diarrhea simply getting some strange bacteria you are not used to.

First thing is personal hygine.

You both need clean bodies before indulging. Especially clean hands.

Simply flushing the toilet after urinating can contaminate your hands. Touching a sink faucet handle or using some grubby soap can contaminate you.

Some women are just more prone to UTI's .

You should never move from the back door to the front door for sex without changing condoms or showering well.

I know, the porn stars do it all the time; even out of her ass and into her mouth [then you kiss her].

You should also clean your hands before playing at the back door before entering through the front. It can be difficult to track all that you touched in between.

A UTI can originate in your mouth if you have poor hyginedental habits.

Most importantly, have her urinate after sex, to rinse the urethra; rather than fall asleep afterward allowing bacteria to multiply until morning.
