I have mild to moderate stress related incontinence.
I am thinking about a SLING. I see AMS has an IN VANCE and an AD VANCE sling.
Anybody have a sling installed? Do they work? How well do they work? Are they worth going thru the surgery?
Anybody know anything about the AMS slings?
Any other ideas? I am tired of wearing a pad. Especially when I play golf, that is when the stress leakage is the worst.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Re: mild to moderate incontinence
slob: I am going to recommend that you check out healingwell.com under prostate cancer. There are several threads about the different slings. Several guys have had the surgery and you can get some good advise there.
If you have trouble finding it let me know. I can send you some links via email.

Slob --- another option would be the Coloplast "Virtue" Urethral Sling.
I have had positive feedback on this Sling from ED patients I counsel as a Coloplast Patient Educator.
Best of luck.
