Question about penis after surgery

I had a removal / replacement Thursday. I have done great. Only took pain medicine that night in hospital and only one Saturday morning. Very little discomfort except for incision sight. My question is concerning shaft of penis. On the right side of my penis about and inch fron the base I have a puffed up place. Seems like its fluid or air under the skin. Its red and bruised. Just wondered if anyone else had this happen??? I am not sure what it is. Looks funky. I am going to call the doctor in the morning.. Also I have been left partially inflated.

Yup. I've the same thing. I had my surgery last Wednesday. My doctor inflated it like 20% and I could see and feel the puffy skin. The puff effect started like 24 hours after surgery. My scortum is so swelled up, so I suspect that is a kind of swelling that will subside. Fortunately, the pain is minimal, thank God.

Thanks Matt. I hate you got it too but glad its just not me. It was 24 hours when it showed up. My scrotum is swollen and slightly bruised. I can fill my pump but the release valve is a little harder to feel. I was afraid something had went bad wrong but your comment makes me feel better about it.
I didnt see your signature. Where did you have yours performed? doctor? Which PI did you get?

Hi Ron,

I added my signature with the doctor name. I received LGX 700, 21 cm with 4 cm RTE. My scortum is so swollen, so I'll forget about trying to find the pump for now
I also have numbness that comes and goes, so I suspect that the swelling is just acting up. At least the pain is minimal after in day 4.

Below is my penis picture. You could see the puff/loose skin on the right side. My penis is also bruised and discolored, but is not obvious in the picture.

If you had a revision (remove and replace), the puffy spot especially in the scrotum might be where the old components were. I had a fairly large puffy area in my scrotum where the original pump resided, To help keep down any chance of infection my surgeon used a different area in the scrotum and the old pocket needed time to shrink up. The pocket for the old pump was the most sensitive part of my scrotum after the surgery.
