Day 16 Update

I mentioned in an earlier post that I chose to have a penoscrotal webbing removed at the same time as my implant. All went well, but the additional incision and stitches meant a bit longer to heal. The stitches on the underside of my penis would rub the stitches on the front of my scrotum any time I dressed with my penis down. My doc encouraged me to dress that way to train my penis to hang more naturally rather than sticking out. Finally the self-dissolving stitches are breaking up and it is looking good.

I have always had a high sex drive so I have been eager to start playing. I have an appt. with my doc on Oct 17th to activate, but had to at least masturbate. So last night I started stroking my shaft and was so damn horny I had an intense orgasm after less than five minutes. It was great to feel that awesome sensation again. I mentioned in another post that I used to focus on shooting my load and I never had more than a few spurts of cum so it was anti-climactic. Now, knowing I can't shoot a load, I am very aware of every little feeling. Even though I have a dry ejaculation, the orgasm is far better than before and it lasts longer.

Today, I took another step. After surgery my doc had me inflated so my dick stood at about 2:00. I was having problems urinating in the toilet at that angle so he deflated it to about 3:00. Since then I have been dressing with my penis facing down so it is now pushed down to about 4:00 at the same inflation. Just a few minutes ago I first made sure I was able to deflate the implant and as soon as I was completely flaccid I started pumping up again. I am currently back at 3:00. I have no pain, but will wait an hour or so and pump it up further.

The best part is at the current inflation my penis length is actually a little bit longer than it was just prior to implant surgery. Much of my life my erect size had been 6.5", but after age 50 I started losing length and lost more after my prostatectomy. I was down to 5" after that surgery and by the first of the year I started seeing signs of Peyrones and ended up at 4.5" just prior to implant surgery. I just measured now and it is 5 1/8". I am hoping that at full inflation it may be a bit longer and once I start cycling it I can gain a bit more.

I pumped up a bit more and don't have any noticible increase in length, but I am sure with my AMS LGX I will get a bit of gain once I begin serious cycling. What I did gain was even more feeling of sensitivity with my penis was more erect. I couldn't help but play with it again and I came in about three minutes. I love that I am feeling sensations I have not had for years, but I will need to work on my endurance. When I was 16 and had sex for the first time I came far too quickly and it was over in a flash. My "new" dick is feeling like that of a 16 year old, but I want sex to last like a real man.

Ha! Actually, at 16 and for several years after that I stayed rock hard after cumming the first time. If the girl was up for another round, I was ready to go. It was always way better the second time because I lasted a lot longer. Well, maybe not a LOT longer, but respectably longer!!!
