I just freeze the vile. If I pull it out of the freezer and set it on the side table it will be liquid by the time I get out the syringe and otherwise get ready. I guess if I was having a date over and wanted to be prepared, getting a syringe pre-prepped would be a good idea. But then my wife would kill me if I brought over a date. I'd be my death date.

To the Original Poster,

If you do a search for "freeze trimix" you'll find dozens of posts on the topic. The majority (by far) suggest freezing the vial and thawing it just to fill, say, a week's worth of syringes, which are then kept in the fridge, not the freezer.

When I got tri-mix in dry form, I received 2 vials.
One had the pellet of tri-mix, and the other was the saline solution.
I used a large syringe to extract the amount of saline recommended, and inserted it into the vial of dry tri-mix.
It was in a vacuum, and it sucked the saline right out of the syringe.
It also mixed it by its self.
