Liposuction of Supra Pubic Fat Pad

Just reaching out to see if anyone has had 'Liposuction of Supra Pubic Fat Pad' done - thinking about it myself, being a single casual dating guy; as for me I have about 1.5" of penis length hidden in there...?

I am also looking at having 'Hyaluronic Acid Injections' into my Glans Penis done...anyone else tried this also...?

Back in March, when I was first implanted, I was suppose to have lipo on my fat pad. When I woke up, I had the implant, which was a surprise. We had discussed it, but the doctor said there was some other issues that I was going to have to get a large amount of skin graphing done first. I had my urologist and a plastic surgeon working on me at the same time. I was really looking forward to the lipo because the penis turtle was going away and he said he was going to lipo quite a bit above it too so it didn't just drop and rebuild a fat pad all over again. When I woke in recovery, I was very happy to hear that I had the implant but incredibly unhappy and depressed that the plastic surgeon did NOT do the lipo. He said he found a bunch of mistakes made by another pair of incompetent surgeons and he fixed them. He said I would be very happy with the results... He was WRONG. Fat pad still present, turtle still present, implant gone, patient still very unhappy. wife patient but I don't know how much longer that can continue. I am hoping that when I have my pre-op appointment in November, he arranges for the lipo again.

Thanks for your kind words and prayers. Unfortunately, there is a lot more to this terrible tale that started when I was only 3 years old. My mom use to make me pull back my foreskin and clean every night before bed. The one night I came out and told her I couldn't do it. She sent my big brother in to watch and square me away. My brother saw that I was trying and then I started to bleed. My parents drove me in town, to emerg. The doctor said I had phimosis and scheduled me for an emergency circumcision the next morning. All was good until I was 18 years old and living with my fiancé. I started getting red blotches on my glans. I saw a urologist at the hospital. He diagnosed me as having Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans (BXO)(also known as Lichen Sclerosis LS). He scheduled me for another circumcision. I told him that I had been circumcised and he said "not properly". So, now I am thinking this guy is really hot shit and he's gunna fix me up real good. The blotches no longer hurt but didn't go away either. Then 20 years later, these blotches started to hurt again. My family doctor (new to me as we had moved out of town) sent me to a new urologist in town. This new doctor (Dr. Edward Woods) use to be Chief of Urology at Scarborough Grace Hospital in Toronto. This doctor said I needed a circumcision... I told him that I had two already and he said that because they didn't get all of the affected tissue, it was just continuing to spread. When I came out of surgery he approached my wife and said, "I am very sorry, I took as little as possible, have Larry call my office when he heals and we'll talk options. About a month later I called him. He sent me to a urology surgeon in Toronto (Dr. Ron Kodama) this guy is supposed to be really good. He had me try the injections (Trimix - which hurt like hell so sex was not enjoyable) but I still didn't have enough skin. He said there was nothing more he could do. Dr. Woods did not like that answer so he sent me to another surgeon in Kingston, who also deals with men's sexual issues.. Dr. Steele said that because I did not have enough skin on my penis, there was a lot of penis inside me (between 9 and 12 cm) leaving somewhere around 2.5 and 3.0 cm out, most of which was in my fat pad but it couldn't get erect because there was not enough skin. So, he said, what they need to do is cut all the skin off of my shaft, stick my naked penis into my scrotum and peak, just the head, out the bottom of the scrotum. Then, about a month later, a plastic surgeon (Dr. Davidson), would make me a shaft using scrotal skin. I told Dr. Woods and he said to ask him what he intends to do about all the hair that will be on the shaft. I did and he said "well, we'll deal with that after surgery". I took him at his word. After the surgery I developed a HUGE hematoma (about the size of a large apple). I have to have a catheter in for over a month. I kept getting UTI's because of the catheter and I ended up having to have more surgery to take care of the hematoma. Oh yeah, after the surgery, I asked Dr. Davison about the hair and he said oh, I don't know what you're going to do about that. Also, I gained NOTHING at all in size. Once the swelling went down I was looking forward to having real sex with a much bigger dick. Now, my testosterone level was real low and I had no interest in sex. I started using Androgel, which stunk and didn't work. I took T injections and to my surprise, it worked. Now, because of ED, I could only get a partial erection so I started taking Viagra. For the most part it worked but I still was depressed about all that had happened, after all of that, I had no more length or girth than when I started. Then Dr. Woods sent me to London, Ontario to see Dr. Brock. He talked a little about down the road, maybe giving me a penile implant (which I knew nothing about). Back in March, Dr. Brock and a plastic surgeon (Dr. Gan) were going to remove the scrotal skin and rebuild a longer, fatter penis to use all of the penis trapped inside. When they started the surgery, Dr. Gan noticed lots of mistakes and figured that once he fixed them I would have the size I was looking for and they would not need to reconstruct a penis which is much more risky. To fix the turtle problem. I was suppose to have lipo on my fat pad. When I woke up in recovery, I had the penile implant, which was a pleasant surprise but incredibly unhappy and depressed that the plastic surgeon did NOT do the lipo. He kept saying "less is more". A month later, due to septic shock, the fat pad is still present, turtle still present, implant gone and I am still very unhappy. My wife has been incredibly patient through all of this, but I don't know how much longer she can continue. I am hoping that when I have my pre-op appointment in November, he arranges for the lipo again. And now you know, the rest of the story.

Thanks David. Ya know, when I tell that story I always wonder if people will believe me... I'm pretty they will, cause who the hell could make that nightmare up??? .. It's ok, Dr. Brock will fix me up good as new.

Making up a story about how big your dick is and/or how much sex you have, yeah they might make up that story all right. But not the crappy things that you had happen -- who would want to make up a story like that??

I have some interest in the pad removal myself. I'm overweight but not morbidly so. Kinda normal for my age but of course I'd like to lose some. So, back to the original question. Has anyone actually had that removed and how did it work out?
