Maybe gained 12-18 mm in length since February and a fair bit in girth...overall a great outcome.

I'm 6 months post op and pump most every day and I must say I have lost maybe an inch over what I was before the surgery.I have a Tatan 22cm and am about 5 inches where before I was 6 inches.I do however have a larger girth so I guess that's a trade off.

I do not know about the Titan, but can tell you what I was told about the AMS LGX. My surgeon said I could expect about an 18% increase in length over time and also some increase in girth. I assume that means a guy whose penis is larger would als have the potential to increase more since his 18% would be more than mine.

I had developed Peyronies in the last half year prior to my implant and it shortened my length by 1/2" over my erect length following prostate removal. So I went into implant surgery measuring 4.5". I am now almost three weeks post-op and have healed nicely. My first time measuring several days ago I was 5 1/8" in length, meaning I was actually just a bit over my post prostatectomy size. I have been increasing my pumps for the past few days and already have gained another 1/8".

Greg the Titan does not advertise length increase but some peole have gained. That is one of the differances between the 2

It may all be a bit subjective but who, what and how are we measuring? How old are we? How much was lost while we chose/discovered the potential for a new sexual existence through an implant. Perhaps we measured ourselves via the stretch test beforehand, but is that relevant now we have cylinders inside our penises?
The implants are never advertised or promoted as ‘penis enlargement prostheses’, they are a solution to ED and in so doing, have the potential to restore, to some degree, our ‘manhood’ and our ability to function as ‘men’.
For this and this alone we should be incredibly thankful.
Yes the individual brands provide varying outcomes; as it would seem, do some surgeons.
In the end we follow the instructions that AMS and Coloplast recommend to us to ensure the best possible outcome......we do it because we want to continue to function as men.....
Welcome to the ‘Bionic Brotherhood’....... try not to obsess over 1/2 an inch in length ....it may grow or it may not, but one thing is a certainty, it will be hard

Very well said. As long as it works and partner is satisfied. Measurements are bragging and locker room talk. We dont her women bragging about breast size

But to get the most out of your implant, be it length or girth, consistency is the key. Pump daily (as recommended by your doctor). Gains are made when you pump agressively as previously stated. Enjoy it. Treat it as a workout. In time you will notice a difference.

Bandit, your comment includes the words "who cares." From everything I have read and seen/heard in videos post-op penis length is the number one thing men ask about. Yes, the implant is about having a functioning erection, but that is not the only thing that matters to the men getting implants.

Personally, I think part of the desire for size comes because many of us lost length from age, long term ED and especially from Prostatectomy surgery. We are just wanting to regain what we always had.

For me, I will also add I have not felt like a complete man for a long time. Not being able to get hard and satisfy my wife took an emotional toll on me. I am just three weeks out from implant surgery so we have not gone for a ride yet, but are so eager. I think getting whatever additional length I can from the implant will further help me feel good about myself.

I had a 6.5" erection for over 30 years. I am currently at 5 1/4." I feel like what was mine was robbed from me. I know I will never be that size again, but I am going to do everything I can do to come as close as I can to what God chose for me.
