What is a "PE stretching routine"?

"PE" maybe the wrong term.. but I was using an x4labs penis stretcher.
Basically you put your penis in a device that puts constant stretch pressure on it.
Like pumping, but different. I have good girth so I was never trying to increase that.
Although, I found that even using a stretch method I got girth as well

Progress is like a 1 inch per year.. give or take. I think I did about 6 to 9 months and increased almost an inch.

Hi guys....it's been while Had some family issues to deal with. Anyway, I'm back with the land of the living. It will be 5 months on the 22nd since implant surgery. Only issue I've had all this time is discomfort at the tips when cycled to the max. That seems to be dissipating the past week or so. Now the real work can begin. Seem to be getting some engorgement to the glans back. Waiting for order of viagra and cialis to come in to see if that helps. The levitrs was out of stock, so I'll order that also when available. Started sleeping a few hours pumped up. Number of squeezes to the bulb have increased so some stretching must be happening. Don't know if I should be doing this or not, but I've been squeezing penis at full cycle in order to facilitate expanding of cylinders...not a hard squeeze, more of a squeeze/release while holding firm at base, but enough to feel ache and slight burn. Trying to gain more girth. It is 5.5 now but hope to increase it another half inch. Just afraid I might blow out the tubes or bulb. I'm a work in progress. I know it won't expand in girth as much as the Titan, but hoping for the best with the CX.

That is quite a humorous post I am curious as to what you think you will gain by taking Viagra and Cialis now? After implant there will be no more blood flow to the penis and the glans has it's own blood supply which you say is getting engorged so you don't seem to have a problem with that.

No no...lol. I've read that taking viagra, etc...would promote blood supply to the glans....nothing else. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

Welcome back. Hope all is well. I pump aggressively in hopes for additional gains. I also squeeze the base of the penis forcing saline toward the tip. I believe Donny's stretching routine encourages squeezing and massaging. So i thing you can squeeze to your hearts content. I wouldnt worry about the cylinders. I believe they can take the abuse and then some unless you can turn coal to diamonds. So i'd say continue to work it and push yourself. I do and i have seen gains. Glans throbing as i type this post !
