Hey, Guys I feel your pain. I am now getting close to 5 yrs with my LGX, I remember at 7 months I was somewhat discouraged with pain and disappointing size. One fellow forum buddy just said to me "Just pump it to the max everyday". That is what I will say to you. If it is hard to pump then the most reasonable answer is that you have scar tissue to break up that is not letting the fluid through.. The answer is to pump it to the max. Sometimes it hurts like HELL, you have to painfully squeeze it to break through the scar tissue. The longer it takes you to Man UP to it, the harder it will be down the road. Yep, it's going get more sore, but its the only way to get to the end of the road, which is that big hard dick you want.
Happy trails.

Re: Cannot pump my AMS LGX to a decent erection
I'm still a new user so not a lot of experience, and when I pump, I usually do about 3 pumps then wait a few minutes and pump 3 more (partly because it's not easy yet) -- but it's common for the first pump (of every 3 pump cycle) to be very soft and feel like it is not doing anything, then the 2nd and 3rd to be fairly hard.
So I think my problem is that maybe I'm not fully engaging the "inflate mode"?
In my 8 times of pumping since activation, I had one time (just after a hot bath) where almost every time I started pumping (with this 3 pumps, wait a few minutes, then start pumping again) I could feel the pop. I felt the pop on 4 or 5 attempts to pump up, that indicates I'm doing something wrong right? -- there was also no noticeable increase in length due to pumping. Finally, after the 4 or 5 useless 3 pump cycles with pops, the pops stopped occurring and after about 25 minutes of trying to pump up I was able to get a decent erection.
All of this boils down to the fact that when I engage the pump on the very first pump, maybe I'm not doing it hard/fast enough to get it fully into inflate mode

ED since 35 with no known cause -- injections successful for over a decade with 10/1/30 and less than 20units but that became ineffective. Implanted penoscratally by Dr. Kramer of Baltimore on 9/13/17 with AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 0.5cm RTE at 47 years old

So. Just a little explanation about the "pop" everyone with the ams talk about. The deflate button is designed to also prevent an auto-inflate. The only way you can get the "pop" is when you completely deflate after you pump. The next time you inflate you will hear/feel the "pop" as the deflate button opening so as you can inflate. Not hearing the pop simply means you didnt fully deflate the last time you pumped. Its not that you did something wrong or that there is a problem with the pump. Hope this helps !

Bandit is correct. When I started out pumping mine up (almost 3 years ago) I had a hard time wrapping my head around the concept. But in time I broke through the scar tissue and it was much better. I might add also make sure you keep your fingers or thumb off the discharge button when inflating.

Re: Cannot pump my AMS LGX to a decent erection
Thank you gentlemen for your advices and support. I now got the pop and few good pumps. I'm still struggling with the stubborn scar tissue as my girth inflated is equal to the girth deflated, but will get there. Thanks again.
Re: Cannot pump my AMS LGX to a decent erection
I’m also having these problems of angle. Mine is at 3:45 or 4... when I pump to the maximum after a minute I can pump 3 more but the angle remains the same and again after a minute I can squeeze to 3 or 4 pumps but still the rigidity and angle remains the same. Is it normal??? Also when fully pumped I can bend the implant shaft in the meiddle up and down? Can a fully inflated implant bend up and down at middle of the shaft?
Got Implanted on Sep 20th with Dr. Kramer. I have 16cm+5cm rte CXR
Re: Cannot pump my AMS LGX to a decent erection
The bend can happen where the inflatable part meets the non-inflatable part.HEMAN99 wrote: Can a fully inflated implant bend up and down at middle of the shaft?
In your situation, you've 16 cm implant which has 4.5 cm non-inflatable + 5 cm RTE.
In other words, you've 11.5 cm inflatable and the rest is non-inflatable. So the bend should be around 11.5 cm from the glans (about 4.5"). Is this correct?
Re: Cannot pump my AMS LGX to a decent erection
No, my penis inflated length is about 4.75 inches the bend happens at middle around 2.5 inches. It’s like stiff tube bending up and down. I can not make u bend. It like bending down 30 degree or so...but it’s rigid bending sideways.

You might want to talk to Dr. Kramer about it as it does not sound right to me unless I’m missing something. Hopefully, it’ll be a minor thing
