Question RE: Reclining w/ Erection

I had my AMS LGX implanted 4 weeks ago. I am curious if this is the new normal? My erection now stands proudly at attention when I am laying down. Even in my younger years when I had equally strong natural erections, my shaft laid against my stomach. Is this common with all of you, too?

The great news is I have already surpassed my pre-implant length. Following long term ED and Prostatectomy I was left with 5". Then Peyronies took another half inch so I was expecting 4.5" or less following surgery. I had my activation appointment yesterday and am not fully erect and it is 5.5". I wish I had been implanted when I still had 6.5", but I am very proud and happy to have this hard cock no matter its size.

Congrats on an awesome outcome, what a journey this has been for you to now arrive at a stiff dick whenever you want. Sure you've lost some length but 5.5" is perfectly good, especially after what you've been through. Hopefully you're able to ignore the loss that isn't an issue and be stoked on the gains! I'm currently at just over 6.5 erect with a 7 inch stretch and I have early peyronie's! The peyronie's has been thinning my dick but not shortening it yet, I'm only 27. The "I wish I had been implanted when I still had 6.5" is hitting home with me. Most urologists don't seem to care much about that though.

I'm young and when I'm on 5-10 mg of Cialis I'm just like I was pre-ED 6 months ago. Indeed, my erection is either on my belly or just off of it like yours is. My girlfriend has to pull it up off my belly to insert. I Like that it does that and if/when I'm implanted I hope I can keep it. A lot of people report being straight up when they are on their back after implant. That's great but anything I can do to be like I've always been will be a plus.

Questions:
can you move that thing around? Is it possible to make it perpendicular to your body without discomfort?

Are your glans engorged in the photo? Do you get glans engorgement? (everyone's looks different so it's hard to tell)

Are you able to kegel or "flex" and make a stronger erection?

When my doc sent me home following surgery about 3/4 erect. My penis was at about 2:00. When I laid back the first time without clothes,it did point directly upward. When I tried to bring it down to my stomach, it would pop right back to the upright position when I let go. As I began to use the pump more, the length grew and it came down closer to my stomach. Like you, I am hoping my penis will end up being as close as possible to my natural look, but with my new ability to be hard on demand.

I really have had little discomfort. Yes, I can move my shaft so if I lay back and want it to point to the ceiling, I can do that with my hand and it doesn't hurt. At this point I have not yet had glans engorgement. I have heard from a few guys that did not happen with them immediately, but they did get it with time. I am hoping that will happen with me, too. Regarding Your Kegel question, I have not tried. I am still at the early phase of complete joy and amazement just having a hard cock again!!! I'll try to remember to check it out and let you know.

When I say I lost length with the onset of Peyronies, I may be wrong. I guess it is possible it was a continuation of the length I had been losing for several years, but it was simultaneous to the curve developing that I lost another half inch. I also lost girth and at this point with the implant it is still less than it was. With the AMX my doc believes I will get it back in time.
