I swim for exercise. My surgeon asked me to wait a month after my implant surgery before getting back in the pool. This week is 4 weeks so I am back at it. I have believe fed to gyms my emtire life. I was well hung as a teenager so I never was uncomfortable in the locker room. I was on the swim team and the well worn speedos we wore left absolutely nothing to the imagination. I was teased but my team mates and by girls who came to our practices and meets. I didn’t object to that kind of teasing!!!

As I aged, got ED and had Prostate surgery I ended up with not much more than a bump in my swimsuit. I continued to wear body fitting Lycra suits to avoid drag in the water, but My junk certainly didn’t fill out the pouch very well. This week it has been great slipping on those speedos and seeing them filled out again. My testicles shrank after using Androgel so I don’t fill them out completely, but I am confident in a way I have not been when I am wearing them. I guess it is a side benefit or reward for the shit us guys who have had to deal with ED get to enjoy.

Greg, Talk to your doctor about getting HCG shots to revive the testes and avoid testes atrophy that comes with TRT.

I appreciate the tip, but I am not that concerned. If I was younger and single, it may bother me more, but especially after getting my "third nut", I feel fine with what I have. It is just different from the big low hangers I did have most of my life.

I am not a fan of using medications so I don't want to get started down that path. I was not on the Androgel that long and the decrease in testicle size stopped and they have remained the same for quite a few years.

Truth be told, I am much more comfortable not having the big dick and balls all squashed together in clothing. I just thought of something. I became a nude model at 18 and always felt so much more comfortable without clothes. Maybe that was why.

Having always been way under endowed, and then having a retrograde penis (frightened turtle head) after my RP, this side effect is awesome. I feel like I finally know what it's like to actually have something in my pants! Even a bit of a bulge some times. And all of this with a dick that's still small. I'm loving it. The locker room is no longer a place of hiding and feeling like "that guy".

Then there's that whole erection thing....

I can relate. I was probably the guy you hated in the high school locker room because I had a 5" flaccid dick with big balls that hung low. However, after having ED for 30 years and especially after prostate removal, I had that same turtle affect. Having had the bigger package, it was really frustrating to watch it disappear.

I am so happy for you to get some bulge and yes, there is that whole erection thing. It's pretty amazing, isn't it? Enjoy it.

Even with a "little guy down there" I never felt uncomfortable being nude around other guys. (Of course I was never teased about my dick, which makes a lot of difference! I've heard some terribly sad stories from guys where were teased.)
