Even with a "little guy down there" I never felt uncomfortable being nude around other guys. (Of course I was never teased about my dick, which makes a lot of difference! I've heard some terribly sad stories from guys where were teased.)

My flaccid on a good day was about 3". My erection has always been around 7". My flaccid is a good 6". Erection still about 7 but my new stretching routine for length and girth has added .25 to my flaccid girth (now 5.25,) and .5 to my erection girth (now 5.5)

Second, the penis is not a muscle that you build up with exercise like the biceps, so there is no reason to feel "proud" of having (accomplished) a large dick. There are also small flaccid dicks that stay small hard and large flaccid dicks that get huge hard. Regardless of who has what, none earned what they have so everyone should just chill and let everyone be who they are.
