I pump til im sore. I feel the stretch in the soreness. I will continue to do so as long as i feel the stretch. I want to get the most out of my implant. As far as how long to cycle, guys on FT said you can benefit from pumping even after a year and up to two years. So i keep going. Its my daily workout. I do up to 70 pumps in ten pump increments and hold between 60-90 minutes. Pumping as i type this. No pain no gain !

Re: when do we stop.
I have the same question. I was implanted 5 weeks ago and activated last week. It seems a lot of guys have pain when they start pumping so they know when to stop. Then they take it a bit farther until that is comfortable, etc. For a number of days my pump seemed stalled out at 18 pumps. I thought I had a very hard erection from that number of pumps. The last few days I have been able to get many more pumps in. My erection got much harder. I keep thinking I will reach a point where I feel pain because of other guy’s comments, but I don’t feel it at all. Currently I can pump into the 30’s, let it rest a while and then do a few more, let it rest, do more, etc.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I think it depends on your model and your body. I have my 8 week follow up next week. That is one of the questions I am going to ask
Re: when do we stop.
Today i have pumped alot, and i went thru some stages if pain. I dont get any more than 5.5 inches. Im pumping the pump gets hard as a rock, still has some give so I continue pumping but it doesnt grow anymore, but the pain is there. So at what point do we know thats it there is no more pumping needed??
Does the pump go flat?
Thank you.

If the pump goes flat the resivior is empty. If it is rock hard there is no where else the fluid can go the cylinders and tubes are full(maxed out). If you pump is hard but you can pump more in a little while some space opened up somewhere may the cylinders streched just a little. Remember you can not compress fluid
Re: when do we stop.
With my LGX 700, the pump gets hard like a marble, so I wait for few minutes, massage my penis, just below the glans (thanks Donnie for your advice in your stretching routines thread), then I hold the top of the pump with the left hand and I managed to squeeze few more pumps with the right hand. I do squeeze the pump quite hard. I only get very little but I could feel it in my glans. The cycling is painful, but it is worth it. I load up on Ibuprofen to help me with the pain. I only stop when the pain becomes unbearable. My doctor said that I could not break the implant.
Re: when do we stop.
Ditto on what Hugh & Medhatg said. Pump til the pump gets rock hard and you cant pump no more. Then wait 10 minutes and get a few more pumps. Dont think you can pump "too much". If you dont have pain you will and you will make gains with the lgx. Pump aggressively. Feel the burn.

Re: when do we stop.
The force required to break a cyclinder is far great than any one could achieve with a thumb and finger and a little hand pump
Re: when do we stop.
Thank you guys. I appreciate the input. I got a long way to go then. Keep on pumping.
