Trimix coming in mail from defy on Tuesday, advice?

I've found that we are our own best advocate.
When I stepped up to a stronger dose way back when, I read the instructions, and I'll guarantee it would have landed me in the ER.
I'm just trying to say that we can judge what dosage will be best and safest sometimes.
Even the compounding pharmacist didn't have a clue as to whether what was written on it was safe.
Wish I'd have kept that for an example.
