Why did you have to post this (believe me I'm grateful) but I'm getting surgery form him I'm onto I thought he was known not to do this... damn. I think it would be wise to give the others the size of your implant because it may be that you haven't been pumping to the max.

Stay calm my friend. Dr. Brock is an experienced, gifted surgeon. We will be fine. Even Kramer and Eid have patients with complaints

Thanks for all your responses. I will post details re: AMS size etc. I have to confirm with the doctor.
By the way, I did not intend to be negative about doctor Brock. I am sure he did his best. In my situation, he did not advise me about using a pump prior to surgery and only recently found out about issues on Franks chat, after surgery. My pre surgery advise mainly came from youtube clips. Dr. Brock did not provide that kind od information before surgery. I did not ask a lot because I expected he would know best due to his experience.
I really wished I was informed about pumping before.

Size erect before: Length 4.5" after: 3" Girth not measured but after surgery significantly less.

Presently, I notice that after releasing fluid via pump, my penis gets hard without pumping. Possible valve issue?

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

Hey that's not so bad, if your girth pre surgery was any less than 5.2" ish than don't worry the ams will definitely get you back. I've heard it can sometimes take 2 years to get all dimensions back, with 18cm being the smallest device, I'm confident you'll get your length back. Cuz 1/3 is in your body, which is 6cm and 12cm is out which is abit more than 4" (4.2") plus your glans filling up should give you another .5". You should be fine! Now I haven't got surgery yet but this is what I've been reading for almost a year now, can anyone else confirm?

I guess the critical point is find if you're under-sized. Can you feel the pointed end of the cylinders and where are they located in relation to the glans?
(senior members, please correct me here if I mis-stated) if the sizing is correct, then the cylinders tip should be about half to two thirds into the glans when flaccid and may be three quarters the way when inflated.

I had operation Aug/2017. Operation using AMS700 LGX with Dr. Gerald Brock, London, ON.
I had a case of peyronies caused by injection therapy. I required this operation because of heart disease and diabetes. Unable to use Viagra etc because it conflicted with heart meds.

First of all, I have a small penis. Presently, I lost 50% length and girth. I am so disappointed. Left messages for the doc and got no replies so far. My wife is also very disappointed with my lost manhood. Basically, my erection is not much larger than my normal flaccid size. I get hard when pumped but my lost size makes it difficult to enjoy sex.
I am having a difficult time writing this update without using a lot of obscene language.
In addition, My penis is naturally small when relaxed or in flaccid state but increases several time larger in length and girth. I feel my surgery was a failure.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Nov 03-2017 - OPTIMISTIC
I received a call from one of the members here. Thank you so much for explaining, I feel very optimistic and now have a path forward. He was very helpful since his surgery result was similar to mine. It is possible that daily pumping is required to grow beyond the scar tissue; this was not explained to me by my doctor.
Lesson learned: During pumping activity (AMS700 LGX), after about 10 pumps, the pumping bulb becomes very hard and seems like its maxed out and afraid the bulb may break if I continued squeezing it. I thought that's as far as it will go. This is when you are required to massage the shaft for a few minutes then keep on pumping until it hurts. (the bulb will allow more pumping). Suck it up for about half an hour before deflating. Repeat daily. I plan to follow this advise. Repeating this exercise will cause the cylinders on both side of the shaft to expand, hence increase length girth. This was the advise I was given and plan to follow it.
I will let you know how its working out and appreciate any additional advise.

Ya I've heard pumping waiting and pumping helps. Lots of guys here have stretch routines they swear by.

You have only recently begun to cycle. This process takes time. I pump up at least once daily. Even start with 10 pumps. Wait a little then add what you can. Rest some more, then pimp. I have done this aggressively over 4 months now and have increased length by almost 1.5 inches. Girth is also increasing. I can pump to 70 plus pumps. True that with the lgx you can see gains into 1-2 years post op. Dont give up. Pump til your sore and hold it as long as possible. I started to hold 30-60 minutes then could stay hard for the full 60 minutes. Now i can stay hard for nearly two hours. Yeah, it gets sore bit you must endure. No pain no gain !

In my opinion it is too early to get upset about your size. It took me a full year to get to my maximum size. That was after I had been using a VED shortly after my prostatectomy up until I got the implant. So even if you have doing all of the pre-op items it still takes time
