HEMAN,

could you comment on the bending you experienced previously?

Also did your pump end up dropping lower?

Did your erection angle stay at 3:30/4?

does your penis engorge when aroused?

Peyronie's: 6 months, indents cause loss of 0.5 inches of girth, fibrosis growing, caused ED.
ED: 10mg Cialis daily, getting headaches, not interested in VED/injections.
Considering implant to avoid a lifetime of cialis and to correct deformity.

This should be impossible after an implant? (does your penis engorge when aroused?)

Numerous accounts of the tissue surrounding the cylinders and the glans getting engorged. Many the penis to be "flat" without this. Sometimes people report that PDE5 inhibitors help, others report that they don't need it. However, many do not mention if they are using them or not, I wish some members would provide more thorough and standardized descriptions of their results. Perhaps this forum should create a template.

The verdict is that whatever you had before in terms of spongiosum and glans engorgement is what you'll have after.

The implant doesn't impact the glans directly as they're only removing the spongy tissue as far as I know...... I've heard very rarely you can get some chubbiness even after an implant.
Surface tissue still can provide blood flow and engorge perhaps.

Implants are rare enough in the wild, spotting one that can get half-staff before pumping.... that's like sighting a magical unicorn! :)
Or maybe Bigfoot is a better analogy :P

Everyone will have a different experience so a template for the many variables involved might be tough. or maybe range from 0-10 xyz but again not all dicks or surgeries are equal.

My Dr. said that he did not remove any tissue. He said he just made room for the cylinders and pulled them in. He said I still have everything I had.
Age 72, wife is 52. 20+1 cm Titan Touch implanted by Dr. Kramer on 18 October 2017. Revision to AMS LGX 21+2 cm on 11 June 2018 by Dr. Carrion at Tampa General. Age-related ED + slight Peyronies bend (left) and slight hourglass in the center.

I still can’t get the 3:00 clock position which I desire. I think it’s around 3:40 but when I lay flat it’s perfect 3:00 position. Yes still i can bend my implant up and down but it’s minimal. It doesn’t bent too much. It’s like a stiff tube and I didn’t even try to bend implant too much because I don’t want to damage the implant.

Yes, my glans do swell when I get erection so there is no problem. I think blood still flows into the penis when you get in to the act.

From my experience I would suggest that implant is THE best option in case someone has an ED which can’t be cured by pills.

The sooner you get your surgery the better it’s for you. I was shit scared of surgery and wasted 4 years of time. The surgery experience itself is not at all to be worried if you are in the hands of a good and experienced doctor. In fact my surgery was a difficult one and Dr. Kramer tried very hard to fit in the normal LGX but in the end he removed the entire LGX implant which was fit inside as the outcome of LGX implant was bad when it was inflated. He then replaced with Narrow base CXR implant. The recovery is not bad and you will not regret getting an implant.
Got Implanted on Sep 20th with Dr. Kramer. I have 16cm+5cm rte CXR
