Love the new titan Touch

The new design is great!

It is very quiet compared to the older titan OTR. I can barely hear it which will make for those times I want to pump and not have it be known.

I love the fact it doesn't have the huge release handles. It is very compact and therefore doesn't stick out in the sac like the old model did.

I don't think this is the pump but having a doctor that correctly replaced the pump. I use to have to pump around 60 times to inflate and now around 15. But the doctor told me the old implant had a pinched tube. Pinched tube and the large pump probably also contributed to a constant bulge I could hide. Now it's not an issue. It deflates more fully and lies against my balls.

The only thing I was a little disappointed is he didn't change everything out. Just the pump. He said everything else looked good. I'm just hoping having old tubes in the penis doesn't cause an early failure but he said he should be good for at least 10 years.

I'm more pleased than ever with my implant.

That's great! So do you have less insecurities about the implant? I read that you had some issues. It seems you also had low sex drive that you thought might be due to implant. Has this improved?

That's interesting about a newer model OTR. Has anyone seen a picture of the new one for comparison?
I do see this:https://www.coloplast.us/titan-en-us.aspx with smaller pump than OTR.

I'm scheduled for next month. I hope the new model is available if I end up with a Titan.

I love my Titan OTR.At first It was a little weird because the
deflation buttons are very small,but once i got the hang of it,it really is a one hand deflation for those covert occasions

The very latest model Titan pump isn't called OTR. It's called Titan Touch. Check the card from Coloplast that you got right after your surgery.

My dr said Colplast was discontinuing the OTr going baack to touch. I think ir was due to complaints about that tiny valve and one touch was not really one touch, still took 2 hands to fully deflate. Maybe it was that auto inflate pain in the ass

for what its worth, my dr. used the genesis pump, an older model.
he said they were much less problematic over the long run.
i'll let you know... just implanted on nov 3.

Figure 2 (above): the titan touch has a concave pad and on the other side a pad with a little nipple. Also, the tubing looks like it is kink resistant. The point of failure has been the tubing where it plugs into the pump

You can tell which version you have by feeling for the nipple-- that is only on the touch.

After looking at the diagrams,mine is the Titan Touch.
Like I said before once i got the hang of it ,it’s very simple to use.
