The pump might need the release button pushed and then try pumping. It is difficult to do at first because your squeezing so hard. The pump will loosen up with time, but if it is really hard to squeeze then push release valve, hold for about 15 seconds then try again. I experienced the same thing when I got activated.

Bionic
It really takes some time to loosen up. You could try three fingers against the palm of your hand at the base of your thumb. This might give you more leverage. Other things i have read on FT that i do not recommend. People have mentioned using pliers with the pump covered in a towel and i also read that someone put their nuts on the table and pushed down with palm of the hand. Just goes to show how hard the pump is at first and extremes guys can go to. Be patient. Even partial squeezes can benefit you.

There should be a guy or guys in your area whom your doctor can recommend who can meet with you privately (in the doctor's office?) to show, explain, and offer suggestions on your situation. I have done that a couple of times and the guys told me they really appreciated it.

When I was just starting pump up my URO suggested warm baths. Or even hot showers with the water running over you dick. It made mine a little easier. But only a little. Over time it did loosen up. Just keep working it. And has been suggested push and hold the release button. That might help too.
