Did you start out very oval, like your dick was pretty much just your two cylinders wrapped in a little bit of skin? That's sort of how mine is at almost 4 months.

Great to hear David. After three years I am still increasing mine. It's a slow process but it does happen.

No, mine was always regular "dick-shaped." It just was an inch less in girth than originally (pre-prostatectomy).

Totally agreed. Keeping pumping brother. The gain in girth is much slower.
Another advice, please try to enjoy sex and forget about size, you'll find that blood flow will increase and the your penis "will fill" in girth. That part of hard initially and I'm still struggling with it, as the majority of us are still traumatized by ED and performance anxiety that comes with it.

I couldn't empathize and agree with you more. Before ED, I don't know if I was blind, ignorant or just never thought about it but until ED I actually had NO idea people even considered size, I figured we were pretty much all the same lol. But I have to say sex was never better than when it was solely about passion and physically showing her how much I loved the person. I used to have perfect blood flow and I'm sure your observation is very accurate. Enjoy guys

19 days post-op, my penis (fully erected by its AMS LGX) is 1.5" wide and 1.15" deep. Circumference is almost a full inch less than what I measured immediately after pulling out of the vacuum chamber (pre-op, of course)

Apropos of nothing, my penis is Just barely 5.5" long which is 1.25" short of my longest vacuum pumped erection and equals my pre-op semi-soft 5.5" erection (one achieved with oral meds and vigorous stimulation)

I am pleased to report that my discomfort level fully inflated now is tolerable without any narcotics and minimal over-the-counter pain meds. I attribute my lack of discomfort to 11 months of pre-op vacuum preparation protocol.
