I highly recommend VED protocol before surgery if possible. I used a VED (with tension rings for sex) two years prior to my implant. I even pumped up the day before and frequently for 30 min intervals (not for sex). I had absolutely no pain or discomfort in cycling. I'm so glad you are doing well my brother. Keep healing.

When I first saw my doctor in July he wanted me to use a VED twice a day until surgery and I did even on my surgery day and it definitely helped post surgery, I’m 19 days out now and healing is better than I expected and I’m 20% inflation with Good girth already and was informed I’d be happy with length once I start activation in 3 weeks
Pump, pills and Trimix no longer work

At 2 1/2 weeks after revision surgery, my fully flaccid Titan girth is already as big as the fully pumped LGX or CX (5.5”). And it is not being greatly impacted by inflammation since it was minimal during this surgery.

I have not measured it at current inflation size (man, at only 2 1/2 weeks, I am focused on battling the “burning” sensation during cycling so the measurement tape is not in my mind!), but based on what I am seeing, I am encouraged and feel inclined to think that I will recover my 6.5” girth in due time. Got to love this Titan...
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

Yes, I do. Patients is not one of my finest virtues. But in this case I have learned to live with it because of the rewards. ;)

ED since 1995. Viagra then switched to Cialis. Both quit working.
Was on Trimix. Tri-Mix quit working. Implanted by Dr. Novak Grand Rapids, Mi 12/16/2014 AMS LGX
