Viagra Side Effects

Postby BustedBob » Sat Nov 25, 2017 6:47 am

Reading Flannigan’s post about body ache earlier made me consider the side effects I had from long term Sildenafil usage? I’d guess i’ve Been using for about 15 years.

Early on I didn’t have any side effects apart from the obvious. I didn’t have the body aches but did have chronic heartburn for the next 2 days after I dropped one. Over the last couple of years I had a swirling pattern during sex, like a kaleidoscope in my vision.

Also, 8 weeks post implant, I still can’t drive past the chemist or Doctors without a flash thought as to whether I need to stock up or not. :)

These issues have both gone now since being implanted, one thing I have had since though is Gout, I had this once in my late 20’s and never again until this week and wondered if the Viagra had been keeping it at bay, I discussed this with my doctor but she’d never heard of it, anyone else had Gout after stopping taking pills?

Anyway, what’s everybody else’s experience with side effects from pills?

I used viagra for years with good results and just a little "blue vision" on occasion, but eventually it stopped working.

I don't really get side effects I'd complain about. But then again I do get the heartburn issue but I get heartburn pretty easily anyhow. I resolve the issue, for the most part, by not taking it on an empty stomach. But wait, I do get a good deal of back pain but then I have a crappy back with scoliosis and arthritis. Hmm, maybe my bad knee that's had arthroscopic surgery twice is due to viagra too. Hey, you know what, I can't see for shit either.

Wow! I don't think anyone's ever called me a sarcastic twat before. Smart ass maybe a time or two or even just plain ass on occasion. But sarcastic twat? Never!

I've never been called a sarcastic twat either. Never heard the term. But I like it!
And if more people knew the term, I'm sure I would have been called it by now. English is my first language, but sarcasm is my second language. Sarcastic twat ... actually has a nice ring to it.

Way way back when I was in high school "twat" was slang for the female vagina. :P
