Actual erection length with various implants

I have read many posts where the implant is 21+2 or numbers like that. I understand that the main tubing is 21cm and then a rear tip extender of 2, I assume they are 1cm each?

My question is, given you have a 23cm implant, some is embedded in bone behind scrotum and the rest is "usable". What size erection would result from that size of implant?

Basic rule of thumb is that one third of implant length is buried in your body. So ballpark 6 inches

I've AMS LGX 700 (21+4 = total of 25 cm = 10 inches):
- Current erection is at 6 inches at 10 weeks post op (activation was at 3 weeks).
- I was just shy of 5" following the surgery, but got back the lost 1" after full 7 weeks of 2 to 3 times of daily and often painful cycling. Still working on girth (lost like 3/4" inches, gained back only 1/4").
- Pointing angle is still an issue but it is improving.

AMS Operating Manual
Rear Tip Extenders:
RTE kit contains two each-0.5 cm, 1.0 cm, 1.5 cm stackable, 2.0
cm, 3.0 cm, 4.0 cm, 5.0 cm, 6.0 cm (packed in their
own tray).

IMHO RTE should be stated at total length. Mine is 5 cm (or 2 +3) connected to 18 cm.
Your results may vary, mine ended up being a 6.75" erection.

I have ams700lgx implanted just over 6 mos. my implant is 18cm + 1.5 rte. The cylinders have gained about 2-3cm since cycling as the lgx is designed to do. I am currently at 6.25 in. Girth is anout 5.5 in. Almost at my pre cancer size.
