Post-op instructions from Eid are to have stitches removed at 14 days. Maybe the time depends on the type of stitches and location of incision. I would ask your doctor if they can come out now.

But that shouldn't prevent you from having them removed if healing is complete.

Don't have sex until you're completely healed and the incision has completely closed off. That's 6 to 8 weeks. Otherwise, you're exposing yourself to infection. The vagina is full of germs. It is not worth it. Trust me.

My stitches came out at Day 13 post surgery, and now replaced with a couple strips that have already come loose after 2 days.

Seriously, I had sex like 5 weeks post-op and got a horrible staph infection in the scrotum and I was crying like a little girl afraid that I'll lose my implant. Luckily, it was just starting and it was at the scrotum skin level and it was under control with strong anti-biotic.

I had the dissolving stitches and just a few remained when I went in for my four week post-op appointment. My doc pulled the remaining few. Then he activated my implant and said i should wait one more week for sex. I did wait a week for sex with my wife but began masturbating that day and just took it easy.

Thanks, good advice, I’ve got two weeks more before I see my doctor so I should be in good shape by then, Healing is going very good at my 4 week point so another 2 weeks will be even better.....patience is not easy
