Min Penile Size For An Implant?

Does anyone know if there is a minimum size to get an implant? My dick looks like a bottle cap glued to my abdomen. I might be able to get my thumb and one fingertip behind the head, maybe. I am concerned that after so long without an erection, and the resultant shrinkage, that I missed the window if opportunity for an implant. IS tgere a MINIMUM size to receive an implant? Thanks!

While I cannot answer your specific question, I do have a suggestion. Thre is credible evidence (though it is by no means univesally accepted) that vacuum therapy can restore at least some of one's lost length.

I commented to second and third the suggestion of VED therapy. Your penis is mostly inside your body retracted when it's like that. Use VED, just do it. It will get blood in there to an erection, and will also stretch that erection.

Much of my life I was what most guys would consider well hung. Then, after long term ED and major size loss after a Prostatectomy, I ended up with a mostly retracted penis that was 2” on a great day, but usually looked like a turtle head hiding in its shell. When my doc did the stretch test to give me an idea of my post-implant length, it was 4 1/4”. Now at 11 weeks post-op, my length is about 4-4 1/2” flaccid and just under 6” hard.

After prostatectomy in 1999 ED left me with a 'turtle' penis. In 2014 had an implant and am now 4 1/2 to 5 inches.

I guess everyone reacts differently. The VED was a miserable experience for me. If not aroused, I was trying stretch out a limp dick by vacuum. Even when aroused, the tension rings were a definite downer. My wife said she didn't like the cold dick feel. The whole process was painful and didn't result in any growth whatsoever for me. After a couple weeks, I gave up on it. But, I guess, it was worth the try.

While I am an advocate of VED Therapy, I found sex with a vacuum-induced erection to be totally unsatisfactory, just as you did and for the saame reasons.

However, VED therapy for maintaining elasticity, blood flow through the tissues and preservation of size (if not restoration of some lost size) is documented in the medical literature.

For sex...pretty dismal for me and my partner. For penile health, worthwhile.
