Great outcome, Greg. It looks terrific, flaccid and erect. And can't see the pump at all. How low is it in your scrotum?

For the first month or so the pump was fully beneath both balls and centered so my sac had almost a point a the bottom instead of being rounded. The tubing to the pump sort of keeps it pushed down there. With the space in my scrotum my balls have started migrating down again
After several years of riding high. It has helped conceal the pump, so I am grateful for that, but also like the feeling of my balls being more relaxed again.

Thank you. My erection always had this degree of upward curve. The last few months prior to implant surgery I started getting Peyronies and more curvature. My surgeon said he got rid of the Peyronies, but I still have that natural curve. It seems most guys with implants end up with totally straight shafts, but my wife and I love that I still have my slight curve.

That is exactly what my wife and I love about my curve. From early in our marriage, I was able to really satisfy her. As ED took its toll, I lost that ability. Thankfully, my "new and improved" dick is back in the game!!!

I was surprised, too. I fully expected the typical ramrod straight look of a penis with an implant, but I am thrilled (both for my wife and I) that I did maintain the curve following my surgery.

I, too, was pleasantly surprised by retaining my gentle upward curve. I also only lost a little of my vertical angle. It is nowheee near the 1:00 angke of my youth, but us only a little short of my late "natural" pre-op erections (oral medication induced).
