update::: the 42 unit of bimix and 3 units of tri gave me a few failures. SO, one day I just wanted an erection for blood flow with no sex partner. I went with 22 bimix and 3 tri. It worked great. Hard hard. CAN LESS BE BETTER?? Used this same mix 4 more times. worked great every time. No pain. SOME CHANGES FROM THE ORIGINAL POST. I dropped the Tylenol and lidocaine. I bought a silicon pump sleeve from e-bay. It is made by calexotics. I leave the sleeve on while injecting. Just pull the 1 3/4 VED chamber off. I fill the 1 3/4 cylinder when hard and the silicon sleeve is a little tight. Stays very plump and veins are visible. The injection is about 1 1/2 above the base. Being more plump I have to really press in to get through the tunica. I always hold the plunger squeezed in for a few seconds. Doing that blood draws back into the needle. That way I can push the plunger again over the alcohol pad to see the drop of blood, to know I hit the right spot. I hold pressure on the injection spot for 2 minutes the start stroking it. Hard in 5 minutes and lasts 1 t0 1 1/2 hr.
