Dusty
The great news is that the pleasure will only increase....at over 9 months out and using my implant pretty close to daily with H I can report that all pain and discomfort disappears and the implant now feels natural and a part of my body.
Best move I have ever made :)

That's the area between rectum and scrotum, right? What do you think might cause the discomfort, is that where the RTE's or tubing are located?
Just curious as I would not have expected pain there.

Great report otherwise!

That pain/discomfort are caused by the RTEs. The reason for it is exactly the same why the tips at the glans will be bothersome at the beginning: the cylinders are expanding, both distally and proximally.

I told my girlfriend last night. She was incredibly understanding and supportive. I feel lucky to have her in my life. She asked a few questions, and she thanked me for being open with her. She completely understood why I didn’t tell her initially. (We have had marathon sex sessions over the past few weeks.) She commented that she feels closer to me now. She even shared some things about her past. Then we had sex again. Oh and we had sex this morning. Haha.

Not to diminish how wonderful she is, but I think for guys that are concerned about this, it’s a bigger deal in our minds.

Honesty has a way of strengthening a relationship. If it doesn't, it probably wasn't much of one.

Way to go Dusty! Enjoy life.

Congratulations Dusty. Not only were you open and honest, a super important ingredient for a strong, healthy relationship, but you had also already shown your girlfriend that you can satisfy her sexually.

I can see where it was smart to wait before telling her. Had you tried to explain the situation before the first time in bed, she may have freaked out. I am super happy for you. I feel lucky to be married so I don’t have to go through that explanation, but enjoy reading that you can be totally honest and get the girl.

Thank you Freddy, plumber, Greg, and Larry. Hopefully my journey can be an inspiration to other young men in a similar situation. I definitely feel as if I am getting a second chance at life.

Dusty, this a great success story thank you for sharing. I’m wondering whether the implant is a better peace of mind than being on pills? You’ve mentioned to me before that pills are better but you have more experience with the implant now. For young people who develop ed it can be traumatic and cause mental issues. Most of those issues come with a decreased sexual confidence. Pills and an implant may restore confidence and self esteem and sexuality to some extent. Could you compare these two treatments as to their restoration of sexuality, confidence, and peace of mind for your particular experience?

Peyronie's: 6 months, indents cause loss of 0.5 inches of girth, fibrosis growing, caused ED.
ED: 10mg Cialis daily, getting headaches, not interested in VED/injections.
Considering implant to avoid a lifetime of cialis and to correct deformity.

It looks like your fully pumped erection points straight out at 3 o'clock is that about right or does it point up more when it's pumped more? Bandit discussed in the "90 degree" thread that he learned to pump and tape it to his abdomen or pump and wear compression shorts to get an erection that points more upwards for better no hand penetration. Have you done this? Or do u find the 3 o clock angle works fine for you? I'm curious because I go bionic Feb 6th. So excited!

Thanks and glad things are going well for you!!
