I'm no expert but that sounds like a longtime to activate, over 5 months. Scar tissue could form around the reservoir or cylinders if not cycled.

If you don't have swelling then you could just feel around for the pump and try to identify the parts, no harm in that.

updated: 70 y.o., implanted with titan nov. 3 by Dr. Brady in orlando to correct peyronies. 20 cm with 3 cm RTEs. due to the severity of the peyronies, some internal excisions were made scrotally, recovery will probably take a little longer.

Yep, it is the ascendant fashion to write the date: day, month, year. That is way many languages use it, from micro to macro.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

Hi Guys. Yeh sorry it's a British version of a date line. 5th Jan 2018. Sorry for the confusion. Phew. Be glad to get less of an ache where the bulb seems to press the right testcile. It's not pain. Just a strong dull ache. But it decreases each day.
Now Implanted 9/12/17. 52 years old with ED for over 20 years. Tried all the pills and injections. Update. Implanted with Titan 22 + 1. by DR Ralph Dec 9th London. Now in recovery and at 3 months feeling the journey was worth the pain.

I have that same dull ache.
What helps me is using an electric heating pad on that area for 30 minutes a couple of times per day.
The doctor had recommended hot bathes, but I find them way less convenient and not nearly as hot as the heating pad.

Keep in mind that higher temperature reduces sperm count. Just in case you want to have children soon. However, this is NOT even remotely effective as a birth conrol method

I can have my firsrlt bath tomorrow although told not
To lie and soak. So it will be a quick in and out (excuse the pun) but innknow it will feel good. Just to feel clean all over. The aching is rather non stop and to be honest gets me down a bit. But hey hopefully all worth it. Went out tonight with some friends for a few beers but still felt very uncomfortable all night. Back in by 9pm. Not me at all.

Did they give you any pain meds to take? I was prescribed a big vial of Percocet and one of those will knock down any pain. Also got a milder med, Tylenol 3 w/codine. No reason to tolerate unnecessary pain imho.
