Its been 2 1/2 months since my implant surgery. Ive been disappointed with it from from day one for various reasons.
But Im trying to make peace with what may be unrealistic expectations such as length. The pump took me a few weeks to soften enough so that pumping is more comfortable. Trying to cycle more often because I really dont know if Ive pumped to maximum yet. In addition theres numbness under the top third of my penis that wasnt there before the surgery. My surgeon used an infrapubic placement, so there were no incisions on my penis or scrotum. So I dont understand why im experiencing numbness. I cant orgasm even when masturbating. Anyone else have this experience? And if so, did the numbness eventually go away?

At 11 months out I still struggle to shoot in pussy. This is despite my sensitivity returning gradually.
I can finish off by masturbating most times and I can climax masturbating if I watch porno.
I have had to re-train my orgasm brain because my dick feels different.
You may have to do the same. Oh yes, I need to say give it a lot more time.....you will feel and see much more improvement.

Numbness:
I don’t think you have it that bad, I wish I had some numbness, I am the opposite, it is so sensitive that it causes pain. I have to use a cream to numb my implant. My surgeon says he never seen that before. My other urologist said that with each revision the skin gets thinner.
She also suggested I use condoms, but I just don’t like to use them, it is like touching with gloves.

I am now taking gabapentin for the pain, it helps, but to get to a point with no pain, I have to take a 600 ml, this dose is to high and it has side effects.

I also think that the pain I am experiencing is due on how much and for how long I use my implant and I use it to its fullest potential.

Implants are not 100% perfect, but it definitely beats the alternative.

Are you better than you were before?

My swelling is going down and the numbness is being replaced by itching. It's driving me NUTS - No pun intended.

Is it hair growing back? If not you may want to let dr know. Itching could be a reaction to something
