So today I got to inflate for the first time. What a feeling. After 20+ years of battling with ED to see a rock hard erection is simply a thing of beauty. Still some mild pain but pleasantly surprised at the ease of inflation to rock hard. Now just to wait 2 more weeks to use this thing again properly. To all my brothers on here either pre or post op - thanks for all posts and comments to reach this new place.

I am so happy for you. I am at 3.5 months post-op and into cycling twice a day. I have mild discomfort, but I too just love my rock hard dick. The limp noodle is history and life is great. Wishing you all the best.

If you are like most of us you will do a little self test before the official first use. On the offical first use maxed out is not the way to go. Try to get your partner involved at least to feel and see. She really has to be in charge on the first offical use. Pump to bare minimum for insertion. get her opinion on how it feels, if she wants a little more give it a few more pumps. Do that until it is comfortable for her. Go slow you will still have some discomfort.

She has to be honest with you about feel. It may not be just tge first time that will give you a starting point. Teach her how to pump it. Minevrefuse to touch my pump.

If you teach her how to pump when she is sucking you , you can start deflated as she sucks give a squeeze to get the growing as she sucks effect
