You had your surgery about when I did. Are you sure you’re finding the grape shaped pump ok? If so, are you able to squeeze it to the point where you feel it deflating between your thumb and forefinger? Just asking the basics.

So you’re saying the pump can’t be deflated? Just asking, but have you been able to squeeze and deflate it before?

you can't inflate it, as in the bulb will not allow you to do so. Too hard and it will not give an inch

Have you ever been able to use the pump? When mine was first used it was done by the consultant as it "pops" when first used and then is "pumpable". Albeit it remains quite tough going the first few times as you have to get your own dexterity right to get a good grip and find what's best for you?

The pump is very hard at first. You dont say if you were activated by your doc and if you had already inflated/deflated. If you have, i would press the deflate button to reset it. You dont say what model impkant you have. If it is ams grab the pump block from tge side and squeeze the square blocks together as that will also reset. If you are just starting to cycle, get in a hot bath. It helps

have an ams 700 lgx. The dr said he pumped it up one pump and said it worked on post op visit. I felt or seen nothing. I was laying down flat. I asked him to pump it up fully but he said I was "too swollen" and needed to heal another three weeks and then come back to him. I told him to pump it up anyway at the office because i wanted to see. He declined and said I could try when I get home. I am very distressed and upset. If it wasn't on a Saturday I would be calling my Insurance company. I called my Doctor yesterday and told his staff about it and they said they would give him the message. Didn't get a message, call, a howdy do, or nothing. So here I am with an implant that I can't pump up, cost well over 50k, and its totally useless. I guess i should be whistling Dixie or doing cart wheels but I am extremely pissed.

Your posts are most distressing as there seems very little that has happened in your journey that has either been positive or successful. Why insist on inflation against your consultant guidance and if he did inflate on your orders did you not at least feel your inflated penis even if you couldn't see it (not sure why you couldn't see it). Over hundred of lists on this site the message that hits home more than any other is "follow the consultants directions" at all stages and take correct time to heal. Your body has been given a tough time and needs to heal correctly. Perhaps approach the consultant from a "I need help" angle and a desire to work with them not against them. I truly wish you the correct result. Best of luck.

At four weeks I couldn't even find my deflate button I was so swollen. Maybe you should take your doctors advice and wait for activation before you start worrying.
