What model did you get? Is this thing battery operated or??

I had tried the traditional Fleshlight product in the past, but it never felt right, too artificial, wrong texture, whatever. Thought I read a post in Franktalk about the version called a Quickshot and bought it on a whim:

I have used it twice and it is very much different from and better than the typical Fleshlight products. Although it is short, it has an internal texture that really feels good to me. With appropriate lube of course (I use melted coconut oil). I won't say it is a total replacement for my hand, but it works much better for me than the others. To put it mildly, the feeling was terrific and induced strong and satisfactory orgasms. YMMV, but it is a keeper for me.

I think I'm ready to try the Fleshlight program now. I got one of the Flight models. I thought the regular models were just too big. Girth I have but I don't have a 8+" long dick. I went for the flight Instructor model as that was one of the ones the Death Grip program recommended.

Problem, the length is perfect but it was way too tight. So, I went about modifying the thing. After modification and experimentation I think I finally got it right. It was trial and error but if it had been done logically and in order it would look like this:

Fleshlight Flight Modification procedure

1. The plastic ring at the opening was smaller than my required girth.
   Solution:
   
   1. Remove cap and pull inner jelly sleeve from casing.
   2. Pull ring from mouth of casing. A little effort may be required as it snaps in and was held by mild silicone type glue.
   3. Chuck a 2" hole saw in the drill press and cut a hole out of 1/4" plywood
   4. Use hot glue and glue the 2" plywood disk in center of ring, making sure it's centered and flat. You can adjust before glue cools.
   5. Chuck a 2 1/4" hole saw in the drill press.
   6. Use the existing hole in the plywood disk to center and cut a 2 1/4" hole from the Fleshlight ring.
   7. Scrape and then sand the inside of the ring so it's smooth like factory work but not sharp. This gave me a finished diameter of 2.275" equaling a girth of 7.147, minus of course the space taken by the sleeve.
2. Even with the opened up ring it was still too tight. Solutions:
   
   1. Remove inner sleeve from casing.
   2. Make sure the inner sleeve is well powdered with corn starch.
   3. With long sharp scissors completely trim off all 4 ridges running down the outside or the exterior of the sleeve.
   4. With the scissors cut 8 deep scallops into the thick inner rim of the sleeve. This was at the bottom of the rim that also helps hold the sleeve onto the previously altered ring. Leave enough to still hold the sleeve on the ring. Don't cut all of the way into where the ring actually sits.

The result of this modification will leave the sleeve fitting a bit loose in the casing but I've had no issues with them separating. I have no idea what these alterations will do to longevity but I'm sure it eliminates any warranty. The good news is that it now seems to work for me and I'll now be giving that program a try. If you aren't a bit girthy you just wasted your time reading this. Sorry!

goodwoodnow-what's your ED history? Have you had a prostatectomy? I have the same problem with fading libido and greatly diminished penis sensitivity. While masturbating the limited excitement barely begins then it just fades away in a flash. No grand climax just a feeling that it's all over. The idea of retraining the body is intriguing. My prostatectomy left me with fading libido and declining penis sensitivity which is maddening. I use porn when masturbating after injecting with Bimix (10-15 units). I have the knock off version from amazon and it works great and less than half the price they do stimulate to orgasm and more I really like mine didn't know it could help with regaining sensation ill have to get mine out more often need some help in that department hopefully overcome the same issues you guys are talking about that's whats so nice on FT always learn new stuff

OK, following the Death Grip Fleshlight protocol and after abstaining from anything for a week (per protocol) and then trying my new Fleshlight Flight, altered dramatically as outlined previously, I'm encouraged. Way too early to claim any kind of success but I've no reason for discouragement at this point. I had to have my wife read the Death Grip Fleshlight protocol again as she was wondering why she wasn't getting to play with Jr. I sure hope this works as the whole protocol seems to take a long time.
