My wife and I just had sex for the first time since my implant was installed five weeks ago. During the event I felt unsure that I was even up in her, perhaps because my length is now maybe four inches, maybe a little more. She assured me I was in her, but it felt different to me than before. While I was able to “finish,” I was wondering if being in a different position might have helped, like having her on top. I definately go with the cowgirl position. But remind her you are a little shorter and not to lift off so far. If you slip out it would hurt you. Maybe she could just rock and grind you. My wife used to be a 90 pounder - one of those "tiny Thai girls"....we are a bit both older and larger now (except, of course, for my 5 incher...which did used to be bigger). And "semi-retired", so I set my own hours and can "disappear" regularly.
