Your penis is probably still stretching. I’d keep pumping.

The moderator, Larry 10625, will be along before too long to suggest you make a signature which incudes your date of implant, type and size of implant and other details you may think pertinent.

It would be helpful for answering your questions if we knew also

what degree of inflation you were left post-op?
when did you start cycling and how extensive/aggressive were you able to do it in the following weeks?

I definitely feel pressure in the sides of my penis for the last (the distal) one-third of my penis (just behind the ridge of my glans) and pressure where the distal tips of the implant push into my glans.

The pressure I feel in the sides of my penis is very much like the pressure I felt in my youth when I had the hyper-hormonic erections of youthful exuberance. A little pinch of pain which is somewhat enjoyable and reassuring, I find. The pressure into the glans, however is something to watch, as you don't want to compress those tissues overmuch. It could lead to low circulation if left too extreme and for too long a time. Low circulation leads to tissue atrophy. Bad news. Now, this is just my layman's opinion, so it is best you talk to your surgeon about that.

As ED2013 said, I would keep cycling, carefully observing myself.

I think that is just normal growing pains. You are still stretching. I, like you have the lgx and still get pain/discomfort after 7 mos. im still seeing results. I ve read on FT that the lgx can stretch for up to two years. Im gonna milk it for all i can. Literally, LOL !

I am 3 1/2 months post-op so very close to your date. I have pain, too. Each time I have had surgery I call the pain after the fact "positive pain." It is no different here. Yes, it's uncomfortable when I am fully pumped during cycling, but to achieve optimum results, I am very willing to tolerate it.

Pump, Pump, Pump my friend and Bionic Brother.
You still have a lot of discomfort to go through yet but I can assure you it's a pain that is entirely necessary and absolutely worth it!
The end result? A never say die, maximised pussy pleaser!
Shut up and get to work!!!

I'm 7 weeks out and my head aches like hell when I inflate it. I've heard from guys who still ache after a year. I'm hoping that won't be the case, but I'm still cycling daily hoping one magical day it will stop hurting.

Absolutely normal. Keep cycling and be aggressive to see the rewards. I'd recommend at least two sessions per day of cycling where you pump till you get the pain and beyond if you can, keep it inflated for at least 15-30 minutes.
