Yes I can now say that at 5 weeks out after inflation my bell end is sore and actually keeps me awake. I’m hoping this will subside in the coming days as I get more used to it. Also getting deflation right with the Titan implant can be awkward to say the least as it sort of inflates a little after deflection in its own. Doesn’t matter and the wood is good.

Give it quick single pump after deflation and it should lock that feature out

Yep. I’m trying. The pump is still quite hard to squeeze so getting a quick single pump in after deflation is quite a trick to perform.

Give it time a hot bath may help. The deflation valve isca pain in the ass. You may still have fluid around it and a little swelling I did at 4 weeks

I do. Sometimes I can find the darn thing easily and the next it’s hard work. Think I also need to lose the tight fitting underwear and trousers. I’m sure I heard that was a good plan but now I think loose fitting may be a better option??

If you can stand it I tried breifs with it angled left down head sticking out of bottom, but could not stand the pressure from the underwear. A suite may be easier since most suite pants are not cut tight pluse you have shirtand jacket for cover. Most guys adjust when the stand anyway.
Who would have ever tnought trying to not have a bulge woould be a problem

Indeed! All my trousers and jeans are straight cut as is the current fashion in the UK. May have to rethink this for a few weeks. My todger naturally now hangs left due to the way the implants sit inside me. Trying to move it to the right is awkward and a little to painful to stand for long. Bloody great big thing!!!! Lol
