It seems that you're suffering from delayed ejaculation. I'm no doctor, but here is some advice based on my personal experience:
- Check your hormones, specifically: e2 (need to be very low), prolactin(low) and testosterone (average, too high means too high DHT which could cause anxiety).
- If you've some you tummy fat, please try to lose it as it aromatizes testosterone to e2.
- Check you thyroid function.
- If all the above is ok, the use some herbs such as "Black Maca" and "Amazon Jungle Tea".

Last night I inflated to about 75% instead of the max hardness I liked with the implant. My wife took a soaking hot bath before coming to bed. I thoroughly enjoyed eating her first.
