Length problem or is wife not as tight. ??

Ok, I’m now six weeks past my penile implant surgery and my wife and I have done it twice. Problem is, on both occasions I have felt like I’m not really “in.” My wife assures me that I am, but it hardly feels like it. I have just enough friction to have an orgasm, but I’m wondering if my new length of about 4 1/2 inches is the problem, or do females lose some of their tightness over time? We tried it with me on top, and then with her on top to try a different angle. Same thing.

I understand what you mean. Two things I think are why it feels like that. It's not our own blood filling the chambers so we don't feel the "resistance" as much. Also it is new and the tissues around the chambers heal and come back over time and when they do it'll fee more like it. This is what I suspect from my experience, because I noticed as I cycle and more natural blood flow and sensations return I feel more like I'm erect not just filled up with cylinders

Sirsarcastic, thank you and that makes a lot of sense. I do feel like I’m still healing, and while I do have some sensation with just the filing up of saline in the chambers, I do believe it will get better over time. Thank you for the boost of long run confidence!

Don't worry. It is too early. By 3 or 4 months post op, you'll be in a different world, sensation will be coming back, healing will be complete, and you'll feel that the implant is a part of you. Please cycle aggressively, cycling is the only way to get your length and girth back in normal.

So first off, you say 4.5" length is not feeling friction and wondering if your wife lost elasticity. Length would not affect the tightness. More of a girth issue. Secondly as others said it is very early on and with regular cycling you will have some stretching. The other thing is after you heal more, you could have more natural blood floor to your dick. This would help with actual size plus feeling. So ultimately you will feel more tightness that both you and the wife will experience and appreciate. So believe in the comments. You really are early in your healing process. It will get better. There are a lot if satisfied customers here on FT with wifes and GFs that are also satisified. Be patient and enjoy your new found freedom !
