Just curious to know. How difficult is it to penetrate a virgin after getting the implant surgery done ?
37 y.o, otherwise healthy and physically fit, has ED since age 19, has some left curvature, initially found to have left venous leakage, later blockage of the artery developed, implant (Coloplast Touch) surgery done on 12/27/17.

I have done it a couple of times, it’s easy.
Born in 1950, ED since 2007 (colon cancer)
08/2015 Titan Zero Degree 22 cm + 3 cm RTE

Virgins are not tight as I remember. A good gynecologist can sew up a woman after her last child birth that will only allow one finger till she is really warmed up. I know from experience and 40 years of pleasure. That gynecologist died recently and I never got a chance to thank him. I bet there were a lot of husbands in this town that feel the same as me. RIP

I'd think finding one would be the hard part.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
