The Titan's merit (when inflated) is also its drawback when uninflated. Titan is stiffer when uninflated than the AMS products (CXS, LGX and the seldom-mentioned narrrow-base model). Thus, parking your penis for stowage when not in use for sex is more problematic with the Titan than with the AMS units. The Titan also often has "crinkles" when uninflated, so many owners/implantees leave their Titans partially inflated all the time.

So, the AMS units are more natural looking and feeling than the Titan when uninflated.

Now, to be sure, the AMS units are more than plenty stiff enough for penetration. But the Titan, with its greater residual rigidity (because of the material of which it is made) can straighten Peyronie's penises (and other bent members as well). The Titan is, because it is inherently stiffer, is often chosen for longer penises (because, as every civil engineer knows, a longer cantilever requires greater moment of intertia - which the Titan has)

The Pix I have seen of guys with Titans look very natural. My surgeon said the main advantage of Titans is for those who are well hung due to its rigidity during sex. My erection is 6" and my AMS LGX gets super rock hard for sex and looks really natural when flaccid.
