I'll be seeing my uro for the second time this week end where I'll be passing a penile doppler ultrasound to find the exact root cause of my ED. Last time he gave me a shot of trimix which unfortunately didn't give a good result. I don't have neither cholesterol or diabetes, so I most likely have something physical like a VL.
I have some questions in mind already, but maybe you can point toward some others that I'm missing. If you have some answers to those ones too feel free to share them!
1- Does daily low dose of cialis can reverse a VL overtime?
2- My T level is low for my age (325-350) but could be worse, is it a possible cause and could TRT make a difference?
3- Trimix didn't work to well; Cialis, not sure; Tried VED a few times but never worked; However if I get a good amount of stimulation, it's not impossible for me to get a full erection. Why?
4- Does Penile Vascular Reconstructive Surgery could work for me?
5- At what point should I consider an implant?
thanks!

I would ask your doctor based on the results of the Penile Doppler test, what does he recommend as the next step for you? If you don’t like his idea, ask why he believes that is the best option.
Good Luck!

Thoughts:
One Trimix injection may not be a valid test. There are too many variables: composition, dosage, environment, sensory stimuli, etc. I wouldn't rule out injections on one unsatisfactory.
When I first got started on this journey, I resolved to do everything I could that was in my control. I joined a gym, lost 60 pounds, went from a 42 waist to a 34 waist and got in pretty good shape. In the process, I raised my T level from 350/375 to over 750.
Let me be clear. Those results were NOT a cure for my ED; I still require my Trimix injections to get it on. But I feel better, look better, and I swear my erections are longer and stronger as a result of being healthy.
I have no idea what kind of physical shape you might be in. I'm just saying that lifestyle was definitely a factor for me.
Not medical advice, just sharing my experience and making an observation.
All the best.

The VED will work, but it will take practice. I suggest you request your urologist bring someone from a VED company to demonstrate how it works on you. You don't have to buy their VED, but it will give you confidence that it will work.

I agree with this also.
It might not work to a level that is satisfactory for the user due to either limited duration or medical time constraints but with patience and practice, it will work .

Ok thanks guys for your suggestions. As per my shape, it's not that bad but it could be better. I've been working out very regularly for a good 5 years, however I have to admit I have neglected my trainings a bit during the last year. I'm far from overweight, I'm sure it would be good if I loose a few kilos but I don't believe it would make a huge difference.
As for the injections I guess I will see when I get the penile Doppler this weekend. Do you prefer the injections over an implant?
For the VED, I have a Bathmate. Maybe I should get another model?
Thanks again!

I've never used a Bathmate although I'd like to. They seem like they would be very good for therapy and convenient as you use them in the shower. However, they aren't intended for actual sex purposes. For sex I suspect you need a VED that allows for the application of constriction rings.
You said earlier " if I get a good amount of stimulation, it's not impossible for me to get a full erection." If you do get that erection does it last?

VED BATHMATE brand ($200.!) works for me but it kinda pushes on the area around it real hard and kinda hurts because its hard rubber. At least for me. But my semi that it produces only lasts 5 or 10 f---ing minutes before it shrinks back down. u can throw a ring on. Thats not a problem, and just make sure your partner is ready to go!!! Lol
