You have to use a photo editing program to resize the files so they are smaller.

Someone should develop a penis editing program to resize....so it is bigger!

Thank you Donnie for your contribution to this particular post. As we can see everyone seems to have the right promising erection which will work! That is the whole goal and anyone thinking about getting an implant....you can't really tell the difference between the real and the implant!!!!

However, I believe that each guy contemplating an implant should try all the other alternatives first like, pills , injections, pump and rings...

You are so right. I tried it all. Pills, shots, VED with 2 tension rings, after radiation treatment for prostate cancer nothing worked. My Urologist documented everything and provided the insurance proof that an implant was my only option.

Thought I would add to the pics too. I'm at 16 1/2 mths now and love it. A few things I wish were different but nothing that would make me wish I hadn't gotten the implant. I was going through some old pics and found a before pic from 10-12 years ago. Back when I could still get a good erection. Thought I would post a before and after pic. Haven't seen that on here. It shows a little loss in length and a lot of loss in erection angle. But neither one would be a deal breaker.

I always wished my erection angle was high like yours used to be. It makes a dick look even harder. Mine was above straight, but nowhere near what you had. I think we all wish we still had what what once had, but we are also grateful to be back in the game with a rock hard erection when we want one. Your after still shows a nicely sized, great looking dick. Congratulations.

Great looking dick. I have regained my pre opp length also. What I haven't gotten back is my girth. With a pumping regime with Max, my penis pump, I am working on a protocol to restore girth. We will see if results are permanent after I month but meanwhile, , Man, can Max suck! My results will be posted in My Stretching Routine. Happy humping.
