Day 6

My concerns yesterday were just worries... My junk is all normal. Everything is fine


My routine has been I wake up about 6 hours after going to sleep.
Probably because the tylenol wears off after 6 hours which I take before bed.
I take my tylenol and go back to bed for 2-3 hours.

Something I've noticed that may be catheter related or just new equipment, is that the sensation to have to pee is different.
It feels like a sting/pinch now, versus just feeling a tingle.
I used to let my bladder fill a decent amount overnight so I would possibly have a morning erection....
Now I wake with a pinch and have to evacuate asap.
my dick tells me when I have to pee about the same feelingyou have.
Yes I pee more also. You may have dribbling and start and stop. If it real bad hav3 them check your prostate
Just food for thought. This is a diary for me mostly I know it's completely boring lollll

I also wake up a little sweaty. I feel a little flush like I have a fever. I check and I don't.
Possibly my body repairing tissue while I sleep, I've had this feeling in the past with surgeries like after my vasectomy.

I only have pain in the shaft when I wake up. Moving around and especially walking around bottomless feels great.
Just my big ol dick swinging in the wind LMAO.

Anyway I've been in the house for 5 days straight so I'm going to venture out a little today.
Hit up a few furniture shops with the GF and try to drive. Pressing down on a clutch and brake pedal should be interesting.

Day 7

I know it's a bit early, but I did masturbate last night and today.
It felt great!
I was very gentle.
We are masterful when it comes to pleasuring ourselves.
I stimulated the glans and was fully engorged.

Things are looking and feeling great.

Going to attempt to work tomorrow, Sitting/standing at a desk should be doable. However I haven't worn pants for 8+ hours since my implant.
I may work from home in the buff if tomorrow doesn't go well.

Also yesterday was the first time I ventured out of the house. Car was dead after not being started for 6 days.
Had to get jumper cables etc. Then it was dead again when we tried to leave the restaurant we went to.
Lots of leaning, bending over the engine bay etc, I did feel some soreness today but nothing surprising.
The reservoir felt a little more "there" than it did the last two days.
I sneezed a few times which was terrifying but didn't hurt thankfully.

That's all for today.
When I start back to work my updates will probably become less frequent.
But I still like being able to help anyone with questions so I'll probably lurk the board for a while.
lol probably until I get cleared for sex and I'm busy having sex constantly lol.

Day 8

First day back to work was okay!
Wearing pants is still a bit uncomfortable having my dick tucked to the right.
I'm a natural right-side tucker so it works. But the base of the shaft is quite sore.
Keeping pants on for 8+ hours is lame!
Can't wait to get home and take off my pants!!

I did have a few female colleagues glance down at it in the break room since there is a slight bulge
Hope it wasn't too uncomfortable for them. I want to yell "I don't have a boner okay!"

Nobody at work knows what surgery I had done and they'd probably rather not think about my junk anyway.

However I did tell my close knit guy friends last night.
Now they all want my leftover viagra lol.
I explained why I had been pretty MIA the last week or so was because of dick surgery. NEW DONG!
Fixing issues probably brought on by years of biking constantly and a good amount of soccer balls and cleats to the dick and taint.
They were just like hey if shit is broke, fix it! Our bodies suck and break down over time. Glad it CAN be fixed.
So that was cool. A few guys said they'll start reading about it because they may need it sooner than later.

But yea other than the few awkward glances, work was fine. Caught up on what I had missed from last week.
Stood up a few times walked around. Refrained from grabbing my sore dick in front of anyone lolz.

Still taking the tylenol and have I think a day or two left on antibiotics.

Went to bed with a little pain in the abdomen reservoir area and irritation/dull pain where the tube goes up the right side next to my shaft and then back/up to the reservoir.
Might be the way i was laying on the couch or something, and also just less swelling, and more repair work happening down there.

Today the shaft definitely feels a bit more in pain, swelling is down so the pain is the sort of itchy burny dull pain you feel under a scab, except this is inside the body lol.
REALLY hard to explain to someone who hasn't gotten this done but that's the best description I have.
Still taking 650mg of tylenol 3 times a day. Usually when waking, and sleeping and once or twice in the middle.

The scab on the incision is starting to hurt/itch a little, and will probably ooze a little bit which will be normal.
I may add a little piece of papertowel in my underwear to swap out as the incision secretes anything.

Today marked the end of my antibiotics.

Taking it easy this Valentines Day.

if it at the tips that is normal. You will definatly know when a nerve reconnects. It where the fuck did that come fromand what the fuck was it. Will be very sharp and quick

I still have some scabs on the incesion where I had my hip replaced a 5 weeks ago. Did not help that they mised a staple. Did the dr use dissolving sutures? Some of them take forever to disolve. At you next follow have the Dr remove any that are left

Thanks Hugh ya I'll pick up some gauze pads.
They are dissolving sutures. He'll have a look at them on the 22nd when I visit.
