Your final length depends entirely on your particular anatomy, so it's not possible to have a universal list of components and the length they will yield.

All the various therapies were tried. Went 2 years before giving up. Pills got stronger and stronger and would occasionally work up to a 7 or 8. Kept using pills for therapeutic value. Cialis would cause heart palpitations. Levitra was only fair and not at all reliable. Viagra worked best, but needed a large dose. Mostly was a confusing time trial of pills, wait and then sex. Very unromantic. My wonderful spouse would make herself available anytime I wanted to try again. I think it became a mechanical effort on her part. I never caught her watching TV in the middle of my efforts, because she never lost her enthusiasm for me getting better. All the while I was using the vacuum pump, not for intercourse, but for preservation of size. Did that once a day for about 25-35 minutes while watching TV. Then I moved into the injections. Viagra every second night, injections twice a week. Caverject worked very, very good about 50% of the time. I got 10+ erections for an hour or more. My wife got a little perturbed at me lasting so long. I would cum, stop and recover a few minutes, and still with a 10+ go back for more. She is very multi-orgasmic and I would push it until she breathlessly said uncle. I would pull out still hard as a rock. I consistently thought I could cum again, but we reached her limits before I did. The other 50% of the time the injections would fail and the result would be unpredictable.
