Remember tant part of your umolant is inside you and not part of your (measurable) exterior length. Typicall, 1/3 is inside and 2/3 outside, but that varies quita a bit, depending on the individual man's pelvib bones ans soft tissues.

Remember also that you can influence how much size you l9se by following your Doctor's instructions carefully, and keeping communication with him/her.

Hello friends, thanks for the good wishes. I wanted to tell you that I am on day 4 after my implant and in my penis and my scrotum almost painlessly. Only in the place where the deposit is placed when I get out of bed or stand up from the chair.
The healing is going well in principle, only that I notice that the cylinders are as wrinkled inside my penis, is that normal?
The implant is completely deflated and the measurements are 4.5 inches long (without pressing down to the bone) and 5 1/4 inches in circumference.

It is normal and will be when deflated.

From what I have read, with daily cycling, you can regain much if not all of your normal length.
It may take months, but it is possible. For now, just relax and heal up.
