here is a drawing of where pump is in my scrotum and you can see where the sticking pinch point is my question to you gentlemen shouldnt it be more towards the bottom it rest right on top a hair below my penis...boys hang below it...damn the luck I love this implant if only I could get the pump to move a bit towards the middle away from protuding out the skin..anybody know of how to get the sucker to move a little Dr keeps telling me it does not matter where it is but this cant be right...when I am throwing ole rosco to the wife I can feel the pump when I have it all the way in not painful but I can feel it none the less

I dont blame you for being upset with where it has settled. My first question is do you have alot of excess tubing around the base of the penis and the scrotum area? If there is not or the tubing is set in place, I think it would be unlikely for the pump to move.

Mine was almost just like that but mine was actually pushed way forward from there. It was ridicules and even hurt my wife. it prevented me from penetrating with a lot of my penis. I was VERY upset... I got a revision to correct the problem and MAN was it way better for both of us!

Sadly, the damed thing broke last week, and now I'm getting a full replacement. I just hope the new implant/pump are placed correctly this time around. It's been a wild ride for me. Good luck...

Mine was originally in about the same place. When I pumped up, the dang thing was attached to the bottom of my penis. In my case, it was sticking. I just kept pulling and prying, eventually I got it freed up to where it will hang low in my scrotum. I take T supplements, so the balls are really small. My low hangers aren't big enough to hang low any more, but if I get out of a hot tub or the shower and check things out, the pump is hanging low, very obvious if someone looks.

If he short changed you on tubing, you're kinda screwed. Do some feeling around and make sure it's not sticking to something. I have the same device you do, you should be able to hold the pump where the tubing goes in and feel all 4 sides.

mine was like that i couldn't get it to drop and the tubing was riding up along the side of my penis so i had a revision done to fix it and 6 weeks later got a staph infection and everything was taken out without a replacement and was tod he wouldn't do a replacement cause of my diabeties, so good luck to ya

Wow, that's worrisome. I'm getting my failed implant replaced on the 17th and the uro warned me that your exact situation could happen to me. For the 1st time I'm really starting to worry about my future with this thing.
